Our History and Philosophy

The history of our bakery goes back to 1900, when Konstantinos Seremetas opened a small, traditional bakery on Tsaldari Street in Veroia. With passion, love for the art of baking and faith in quality, it managed to become a reference point for the whole city.

Today, four generations later, we continue his work with the same dedication and respect for tradition, constantly evolving our recipes and services to meet the needs of modern times. Keeping the authentic flavours intact, we combine the classic art of baking and pastry with new techniques and ideas.

With three stores today in Veria – at 52 Pierion Street, 2 Themistokleous Street and 2 M. Alexandrou 7 – we are here to offer daily fresh bread, traditional sweets and unique creations made with pure raw materials and lots of love.

Our philosophy has remained the same since day one: respect for tradition, a constant search for quality and a personal relationship with the customer. For us, every product is a story, and every customer is a member of our own extended family.
